we went there for lunch / afternoon tea / dinner - small shop but not disappointed!
$78 basked oysters (6 pcs) - quality food, good value, cannot miss
one dish that i tried on 07/02/09 and really got me was the "beer veal" = yum yum yum - i can remember the date, you will know how special that dish was to me hahaha
also grilled lamb chops, the mint sauce is wonderful (normally you will get those "common" mint jelly from other restaurants, but not this one restaurant), just make the lamb chops taste even more perfect
menu - lot of choices, amazing that can be changed all the time, you will never get bored and kind of excited to go and check out what new dishes they might have there = surprise me most of the time though

我同我d朋友由巴沙灣仔第一店食到開中環第二店

灣仔店唔知, 但係中環店真係唔掂 laksa只有辣又唔香又無味, 但是waiter + 廚師 + shop manager 知道laksa有問題後, 叫廚師試下啦, 又話試左啦, 無問題喎, 大佬呀, 話得比你們同問得你們當然有問題喇, 叫waiter比d 鹽比我自己調味, 加完一樣無味, 仲慘過教佢地點煮laksa!!! waiter + shop manager 又無sense 又唔offer 同客人cancel order, 一d問候都無, 眼尾都唔望一下, shop manager又dap低頭扮數錢忙, bye bye都無, service 勁差仲有要比hk$55 + 8 (意米水) + 10%, total hk$70!! 好失望

秘制牛肉飯 hk$65 + 8 (意米水) + 10% = 飯少, '食送'少, total hk$81-100 消費晌中環真係大把= 好失望

一去到PESTO CAFE，我好驚嚇地見大部份侍應都熟口熟面，係FUSION CAFE昔日嘅班底 原來呢間PESTO CAFE老闆,即係兩位廚師, 係FUSION CAFE老闆X 先生晌呢兩年悉心教授之下,呢兩位廚師(即係徒弟)由唔識點做高級餐廳，烹調食物功夫至到調製醬汁技巧,現在連甚至付營運餐廳模式,昔日侍應班底,菜單構思選擇概念,一拼奪取,仲安然地晌同一街，幾店舖之隔開一模一樣嘅餐廳,最初以為FUSION CAFE開分店，但原來X 先生話唔係喎，唔話PESTO CAFE有抄襲FUSION CAFE之嫌都無人信啦，咁明顯 佩服佩服--> X 先生EQ真高!!!

20/02/09 Lunch 好食但好鬼慢
4 of us went there for lunch, all set menu, fresh food but service was dam slow, my friends waited at least 20-30 mins for 荵吞拿魚腩飯, lucky it was awesome, but still, cannot make customers to wait that long for their order, esp only a set lunch and our one hour tight lunch time.....waitress - got order wrong (even on a simple ice-cream favour order), the

21/02/09 Dinner 唔抵食
Due to that yummy 荵吞腩 came on board at lunch on 20/02/09, so i recommended to my other friends to have dinner there (thought it may be not that busy compare to lunch), then 4 of us went.

waitress - really is a real problem to this shop, they are thick or something, i asked for 蟹柳壽司as it was not listed on their menu, then that thick waitress said 'no, we dun have it', then i said 'what! i saw you have 蟹柳小卷 on menu but you told me you dun have蟹柳壽司!!??' she went 'oh i need to check with the chef', after few mins later, she came back and asked how many pieces i want (she didnt bother to tell me how much), i said 4 pcs (she kind of 呸視), so i ended up spent $20/pc for 蟹柳壽司there, total $80 + 10% plsu that kind of service = not worth it + disappointed
