年三十晚只得我倆口子食團年飯,逛逛尖沙咀海港城想起這間新店「博洛尼亞BO-LO'GNE」未嘗過,知道是吃千層丹麥麵包的,雜誌也介紹不少,於是來嘗嘗~

分別點了兩個餐,這份是老公點的漢堡扒三文治$78
 
新鮮熱辣,老公說麵包很香又鬆軟造得不錯,漢堡扒沒什麼特別,但整體來說幾好味.
 
我的是脆辣炸雞三文治$78,套餐的奇異果很青又酸,吃到咪眼><
 
由於是即製關係,炸雞很熱辣辣,味道有點像樓下那間freshness burger,較普通;麵包咬開後即彈,非常鬆軟兼很香牛油蜜糖味!
 
味道是很不錯,可是份量非常少,作下午茶還可以;價錢也偏貴,連加一吃一份三文治要八十多元,不如俾多少少錢到BLT Burger吃個大大份的漢堡包餐更滿足~ 

餐飲選了橙汁,好像OJ那味道...
 
其實年三十晚人人都回家團年餐廳是很少客人的,但那天因推出新年套餐,看來是經理的人物說不能安排望海的座位,連SOFA位都不能安排,不知留給誰?逼我坐邊位細枱,你看,沒人的!令店子看下去空蕩蕩,經過都唔想幫襯!另看套餐價錢並不化算及食物非吸引,差不多200元,我坐了40分鐘都沒人點那個餐呢~

上次下午茶時段吃完瀰月屋,全口又甜又冷,很想吃濃味且熱辣辣的拉麵,於是跑到天后這間<達磨>,6:30已經有一班人等位了!
 
我倆不怕在寒風中等待,因為太想吃,門外張貼了不少雜誌報導,且近門那幅牆有很多明星簽名,實在很吸引~ 等了差不多一小時才有位!
 
店內環境狹小,冬天穿著大衣很逼,脫下外套又沒位放置,枱下很細心有掛勾掛包包,但會頂腳sad

香辣惹味,叉燒鬆軟,麵質爽口,食完好飽飽~ 價錢很合理,比想像中便宜!

乜都有!叉燒、豚角、溏心蛋、明太子.......湯底超鮮甜,吃得出超濃的豬骨味,溏心蛋造得很好,很想再添多隻啊!軟軟的又流蛋汁,冇蛋腥味好正!叉燒軟熟;豚角啖啖肉!

全碗麵都好好味~!~!怪不得'E臣'都來幫襯!我見到有熟客駕車來外賣,帶一個大鍋來裝湯,另一鍋裝麵和餸,好誇張!

必定返吃!不過要早點來不用等位~~~

Ovenhouse的甜品感覺好高貴,左:ECLAIR$18朱古力漿上有金粉,像泡芙的內裏有朱古力cream,不太濃朱古力味,$18好抵!
 


Charcoal $3X -其實是黑芝麻+綠茶紅豆,幾特別!黑芝麻+綠茶cream mix埋一齊味道好夾,最底是驚喜的脆卜卜紅豆脆餅,雙重口感,good!
 
不過包裝好不環保,小小兩個cake要用個大蛋糕盒&大紙袋,店員效率慢,整兩個cake入盒都整成5分鐘......

但仍想幫襯多次,店裏有很多款式都很吸引呢~

Paul Lafayet 實在有很多甜品選擇,不過今天只想吃一個macaron,然後去對面ovenhose買第二款!

手版大的chocolate macaron $40,外皮脆,內裏軟,朱古力味濃,不是勁甜,剛好!不過好貴呀,一陣風似的吃完~

被OPENRICE食評騙了,<瀰月屋>只得個環境,食物並非好,我要打第一篇負評!!!

確實香港人最愛新C坑,好像香港完全沒有「堂食」的和菓子店,<瀰月屋>是第一間,當我知道有此店時真的好興奮,抱著極大期望來這裏。
 
CHECK過OPENRICE<瀰月屋>的開店時間為下午四時,於是星期六下午四時正我到此,怎料門口已有十多人在排隊,約四時十五分還未開店,店員向輪候人士登記,說五時再來......

我準時到來,但也要等,約五時半入坐,坐好還未能點食物,店員說食物未準備好,眼見幾位店員一箱一箱的從街外搬食物到店內廚房,也只好等。。。

坐下店員先奉上冰梅湯,酸甜話梅味,很冷,天氣這麼冷怎麼不奉上熱茶?
 
餐單-想點的食物都沒有,最激氣是沒有定食!全都要散叫!

豆腐(冷):赤豆汁、胡麻汁 $33 - 兩舊極多魚膠料的豆腐布甸,兩舊醬,又話有汁,乾爭爭, 味道普通
 
大福$28 - 三宗罪:一、層皮好厚,似食粉 ;二、中間的綠豆蓉勁難食,似泥膠;三、成舊野散’修修’ ,邊食邊跌
 
茶巾MIX $33 - 這個是店員介紹的,我問她有什麼較特別的和菓子,她推介我這個「泥膠 」狀的茶巾!口感勁似泥膠,鞋的!得個甜字,真是很難吃,有什麼特別?仲要一叉就散,唔掂!
 

泡啤啤 $22 - 別以為是啤酒,超多氣超多泡蘋果汽水一支,普通炭酸飲料,包裝很好。
 

蕎麥宇治綠茶$22 - 有牛乳味沒抺茶味,奶味較重,飲落有粒粒蕎麥算特別點,但真是越飲越淡
 
店裏的裝橫充滿懷舊的東洋風味,如有三五知己貪得意可以來飲杯野,影下相都幾好玩,但要認真吃食物請三思,另真的超多人,聽說要一星期前book枱,如不是像我般神早到但都要等個幾鐘先有得食,或等熱潮減退才好來,不過我一定沒下次,去食西式甜品好過!
