We chose to have hotpot on our anniversary of wedding registration instead of "Stables Grill" coz 17 Dec that day was sooooooo cold!!! Finally, we'd made the right choice!

Environment - neat and tidy...u can't expect too much from a restaurant in Kowloon city, but it is clean. The washroom is unexpectably ok!!

Service - very impressive! The reception even suggested us to have it at 945pm when I made the reservation so that he could offer us 10% off, but since it was so cold that night, we couldn't wait lar...we had our table ready by 9pm!!

Food - GREAT!
(1) 手切肥牛- 很好味﹗油脂分佈理想﹗肉色鮮美﹗
(2) 脆肉鯇魚- 很新鮮﹗肉色紅潤﹗
(3) 老友鬼鬼- 好香脆﹗
(4) 日本廣島蠔 - 細細隻，好新鮮甜美﹗
(5) 魚皮餃- 用心製作﹗
(6) 西生菜- 可惜沒有皇帝菜﹗
(7-8) 冬陰功加蕃茄薯仔湯底﹗好正，前者勁有味﹗又足料﹗後者十分甜﹗
(9) 甜點贈送 - 椰青糕 - 好特別好好味

Overall, it was so nice!!! Everything was so perfect! It was even better than our favorite hotpot venue - 火鍋館!! Must revisit it!

昨夜，好友請我跟另一名好友到此食府吃生日飯﹗

首次來，印象不俗，因royal garden中的幾間食府都ok!

環境 - ok, 有點open style, 對住lobby 走廊，不過，會沒有了拘束的酒店感覺，不錯。當然仍然達高尚食府的指標。

服務 - ok, 嚴格說，不是十分貼心，不過尚算細心，叫個服務員幫我們拍了幾張照都無say no...仲要用iphone校來校去﹗只是叫他們介紹，就不太professional, anyway,可接受﹗

食物 - 一流
(1) 薰蛋 - 好好味﹗上更有金華火腿粒，好味﹗比留園雅聚更好﹗
(2) 海折 - ok, 合水準。
(3) 口水雞- 惹味﹗不錯﹗
(4) 鶴湖蟹影- 賣杷一流﹗awardwinning signature dish! - 事實是蟹粉巴夫...好正﹗
(5) 蟹粉豆苗- 超好味﹗蟹粉肥美、豆苗又正﹗真是回味無窮﹗
(6) 蟹粉南爪拔絲- 好得意﹗又甜又咸的配搭，但見心思﹗賣相似蛋糕﹗
(7) 牛肉兩面黃- 很好味﹗是夜我們三大女子吃不下了，打了包包比我老公仔吃，我吃了一口，正﹗
(8) 驢打滾 - 甜吃- 有點失望，是豆莎軟煎狀物體，但不夠香軟﹗

整體來說，很好﹗可以再去﹗是慶祝的好地方﹗

今天扁豬爸特別帶了扁媽到了灣仔這間地道越南店。

環境 - 小店簡潔，廁所乾淨，不錯。

服務 - 店員嬸嬸很禮。

食物 -
(1) 生牛肉河
-湯底很正﹗﹗牛肉佳。以甜醬及辣醬點來食，一流﹗(越南傳統食法)。

(2) 蕃茄洋蔥湯底牛筋及牛坑腩河
-湯底超甜﹗牛筋及牛坑腩很出色﹗

(3) 香芧雞翼
- 很香脆美味﹗

(4) 越南咖啡
- 不錯﹗

整體而言，很好味﹗可能不及大坑「越南站」，不過，都地道滋味﹗可一去再去﹗

We selected this restaurant as the birthday celebration on the exact day coz ....mainly a spontaneous decision! Haha!

Environment - Veryyyy nice!!!!! Super adorable!
Classy with 270 degree sea view! The entire ambience was in blue jazz tone plus a gleaming piano with live performance, so romantic but still offering a very causual and relaxing enjoyment! There is also a VIP room accomodating 10 pax with marvellous set up!

Service - Veryyy good! Decent yet friendly!
Servers were all cheerful with very polite and appropriate manners! Provided good and proactive service! Could recommend good dishes and introduction of the restaurant.

Food - Unexpectedly Wonderful!
We ordered a HK$1080 set for 2.
(Seafood Platter) - very fresh and Delicioso!
(Spanish Ham Ceasar Salad) - Very good with sweet melon and tropical fruit.
(Mushroom cream soup) - SOO creamy and tasty!!!
(Tenderlion) So juicy and soft!!!
(Coffee) - Cuppaccino - WOW< soooo creamy and silky!
(Earl Grey Tea) - with great fragrance!!

Then we also had ordered a dessert - (Apple Pie with Vanilla Icecream) - Wow, unbelivably mouthwatering!!!

In general, A grade environment with A grade food!!

* The pepper bottle gets an in-built torch, it emits light when using it, so funny! The server asked me to try this too!! Haha!~

Tonight, to pre-celebrate my honey's BD, we went to this restaurant as it was covered in a food magazine before with good sea view.
(1) Environment - nice, ordinary japanese set up with not bad sea view.
(2) Service - quite nice, servers were all helpful and pleasant.
(3) Food
a - Ceasar Salad - Very good with three big thick slices of salmon + 3 pieces of tasty buffulo cheese, just veggies were not quite enough!
b - Topping Sushi - With Salmon roes, Urchin, Crableg meat, and Tore tartar...just the portion is quite small.
c - Baked Oysters with Cheese - Fresh and large, very juicy!
d - Cod Fish in Miso - very nice! The taste of miso is well-balanced with the sweetness of Cod.
Generally speaking, it is not bad with nice view + good service!
