有些東西,無論被人洗幾多次板都不覺「眼冤」的,鶴湖蟹影就是最佳例子,不但蟹粉鮮濃好吃,連伴邊的蟹仔亦可吃,配搭亦為巧穎,而最震撼還是那疑幻似真,令大家心郁郁差點想清理埋的白鶴!
