繼早前Cafe 103的早餐發佈會,很開心又獲邀出席Nespresso位於Madam Sixty Ate的活動。這餐廳媽媽在臨生寶寶前到訪過一次,無論是環境或食物都留下深刻印象,是日下午茶時光來到更覺寫意舒適,選址作為Nespresso的新品發佈場地,實在非常合襯。  連日天氣炎熱,店員在抵步後即細心奉上不同款的果汁來消暑解渴,很貼心;我選的 bowlcranberry juice,很快就飲光了。當然,更重要是留胃口細味主角之一的 bowl...

繼85'C麵包店由台灣吹至香港後,パン達人手感烘焙   據聞是由台灣明星小s丈夫有份投資的麵包店,新開業平日下午已人潮空湧... 天然酵母的氣味一入室內已隨即聞到,用上(兩種天然酵母、葡萄及小麥培養)酵母製成、酵母經過七天自然發  酵,再以24小時靜止後才焗製、因此賣完便沒有,真是買一件少一件   甜味較一般麺包為淡、比(湯種)之麵包軟熟度又是另一種分別,天然酵母,感覺上比乾酵母製之麵包為新鮮 味道方...

又懶了很久沒有提筆,這次激勵我『重操舊業』的是這家開在LKF的iL Posto 97,美味的東西藏起來不拿出來分享,好像不太厚道 坦白說這次是受邀的Blogger Dinner,總有人強調說試食的食物質素比平均水準要高出一截,這固然絕非無稽之談,但本次試食之前便嚐過這裡的午餐,從前菜到甜品每一樣都十分滿意(如果哪天不犯懶了心血來潮就寫出來~),埋單也不過每人兩百,以中環的物價來說真的夠意思了 店家自製的香橙汽酒,...
