This is 可樂 FOOD HUNTER living in Fanling.I work in North Point. I like to hang out in Causeway Bay, Mong Kok, Sha Tin. Hong Kong Style, Japanese are my favorite cuisines. I also love Dim Sum Restaurant, Snack Shop & Deli, Japanese Cafe and Hot Pot, Sushi/Sashimi, Chinese Buns.

少有的沾麵, 卻別有一番風味 Smile

經過南洋中心的旁邊, 會見到一個紅燈籠寫著"拉麵" 入面有兩張大台可住6個人, 再加小量BAR台位約8個左右, 是一間小店今日坐在BAR台位, 要了豚骨沾麵, 為了沾湯要了硬身的麵, 可吸多點湯前面有指示有教你點食沾麵, 就是先拿一小攝麵要沾點湯便進食, 一次不要太多麵, 也不要太少, 麵來到, 非常香~~~~~ 湯也很濃湯與平時的湯不同, 味道比較豐富, 而且很濃郁沾上麵時, 味道配合得很好, 不錯的沾麵~~~~ ...
