This is 西門町大惡男 living in Taiwan.I am a 飲食試菜員, work in Sheung Wan. I like to hang out in Central, Causeway Bay. Guangdong, Japanese, Italian are my favorite cuisines. I also love and Noodles/Rice Noodles, 用心處理過的任何素材。.

有些東西,無論被人洗幾多次板都不覺「眼冤」的,鶴湖蟹影就是最佳例子,不但蟹粉鮮濃好吃,連伴邊的蟹仔亦可吃,配搭亦為巧穎,而最震撼還是那疑幻似真,令大家心郁郁差點想清理埋的白鶴!

This is Yan~* living in Yuen Long.I am a 為食媽, work in Mainland. I like to hang out in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yuen Long, Tsuen Wan. Italian, French, American, 甜品!! are my favorite cuisines. I also love Steak House, Coffee & Tea Shop, Hotel Restaurant, 都係甜品!! and Dessert, Ice Cream/yogurt, Pizza, 與喜愛的人一起品嘗的美食.

很滿意剛過去上週的tasting安排,場數不多但質素都很高,首先是週三晚在太古城那霸的試食。   來到太古先逛了一陣,然後再慢慢步行去餐廳,其實找對了路十分近的,過程只約5分鐘左右。不說不知,原來那霸已經開張6年之多,但因地點較偏關係,午市生意較好,晚市就較靜局。這樣也好,當晚FHY及文迪可在充滿沖繩風味的雅致環境下,靜靜享受一頓由大廚發板的Omasake了! lol   一頓豐富的美食,要襯以美酒才算完美...

Alaska king crab leg with Hokkaido sweet corn,湯底濃厚不膩,粟米甜美,蟹爪鮮爽,沒挑剔的空間。Beef consommé with Kagoshima A5 Wagyu beef,湯底繼續是精品,半熟牛也軟嫩,好吃。 (更多分享請見《稻田大學》)

This is Gourmet KC living in Kwun Tong.I am a 對食有點要求的人, work in Central. I like to hang out in Central, Quarry Bay, Mong Kok. 的菜色有很多,真的數也數不完,總之好吃就喜歡 are my favorite cuisines. I also love , 任何食店,煮得好菜就喜愛, 而數最懷念的食物,唔使講,一定係政壽司的無敵海膽飯!.

二月上旬‧晴 店子就是聖公會轄下的首間社企,皆在透過社企的經營去提供工作及接觸社會的機會。現階段對象只是沒有飲食業工作經驗的在職人士,遲一步會推廣至其他有需要如殘疾人士等等。<b>冰梅肉醬炆米鴨</b>是大廚的得意菜式,只見侍者拿來一個蓋上錫紙的大碟,掀開就是這一味炆鴨。斬件的鴨肉跟冰梅醬同炆,挑鴨胸來吃,肉質酥鬆而有肉香,冰梅醬的酸甜味道正好令味道濃郁的鴨件吃起來沒有那麼膩,果然好吃。其他菜式也...
