很高興可以到OPENRICE&名苑舉行的鮑翅試食晚宴,首先要謝謝OpenRicelol
試食晚會七點開始入席,放工後便趕到....去到大部分人都到了。
坐下來和新認識的食友談了一會,發現原來大家有共同興趣係特別好傾的!

開始首先marketing 經理介紹了當晚的大廚師傅,所以的美食都是他一手包辦的,
還說了「名苑酒家」 他們不是走高檔路線的酒樓,價錢都是比較平民化的!
讓更多的人可以享受鮑參翅肚,接下來就開始上第一個菜:

清宮明火雞煲翅 - 這個真的不簡單,據說湯底師傅用新鮮雞熬煮足十多小時,真的夠工功!
怪不得喝起來味道那麼濃且嘴邊還留下骨膠原[痴痴粒粒]的感覺!魚翅的份量也很多,
真的是一疏疏架!不過沒什麼味,個人覺得雞湯比較吸引,連煲完湯的整隻雞也很硬凈。

XO醬碧綠炒雙蚌 - 見到西芹我就驚,不過這個碧綠炒雙蚌!我還是可以一試,
雙蚌的道有點淡口,普普通通!也不太特別....

北方菓木烤紐西蘭羊鞍 - 據說是用了紐西蘭的小羊脾來烤,師傅更細心地特意用了調味料僻走了羊的羶味令害怕羊羶味的人可以一食,但真的好像食了變種的羊!

古法扣五頭鮑 - 到了全場的焦點,由五頭鮑魚「升呢」變左做三頭鮑魚,食鮑魚之前首先要嚐一點羊桃加檸檬汁飲品,是最能帶出鮑魚的鮮味!好的東西當然要慢慢品嚐~
鮑魚煮得入味,切起來有點韌度!絕對合格~

豉油皇生煎海花竹蝦 - 豉油味很香,竹蝦大大隻!味道鮮甜,而且外殼脆得可以食咁制~

福祿臨門沙巴海老虎班 - 這個我超愛!自從啃骨事件之後就害怕食魚,不過師傅特意做了起骨的效果,豉油是師傅自己調的,調校得剛剛好,肉質香嫩滑口,這樣我就食得放心之餘又可以品嚐魚的真味...

黃金脆皮文昌雞 - 皮炸得香脆,但肉就鞋口,可能分了雞胸肉...

金柱鮮竹泡翡翠 - 比其他的,這個菜較為普通,不過食過了那麼多肉類還是食一點蔬菜協調返...

西施龍蝦肉泡飯 - 留下了最深刻的印象莫過於此,"咋" 一聲,把毫無準備的我們嚇一跳shocked原來倒下了米通,食到龍蝦肉鮮甜,這個泡飯都是比較喜歡個湯~

宮廷桂花糕 - 期待已久,到了第一款的甜品!桂花糕很清香....味道剛剛好!

燕窩椰汁壽桃包 - 打開壽桃包,看到超流心的燕窩椰汁一起擁出,接也接不住了!
味道不會太漏!做得不錯~

北海道3.6牛乳芒果布甸 - 真的是足料的布甸,芒果的份量也頗為多!
有點兒蓋過了北海道3.6牛乳的味道了!

生磨蛋白杏仁茶 - 聞到好香,試了幾啖就放棄了!不過不是難食的放棄是因為太飽了!tongue

超水準的Dinner set,這晚玩得開心又食得開心! 真的夠盡興....

次回合的牛一局,由老表K請客.走到其公司樓下的La Brezza Bistro.正值黃金時段,入座率僅四至五成,這顯然跟其價格有繫上關連.店內裝修不算雅致,總屬窗明几淨.

我倆來了午餐兩客:Homemade Gnnochi $108及Grilled sirloin steak $128.

加$30的自助Appertizer;前菜五至六款:蕃茄芝士,凱撒沙律,紅椰菜沙律,蛋沙律,薯仔沙律;沙律新鮮度高,凱撒沙律尤佳!

再舀一碗洋蔥湯回座,以暖而脆口的法包蘸食之;有所不足是洋蔥湯色澤偏淡,洋蔥香淡薄得似有若無!

Homemade Gnnochi--大無畏驅使下,點了其自家Gnnochi;外貌圓渾趣緻,吃上去煙韌有勁,麵粉之香表露無遺;配以巴馬火腿粒,mozzaerella芝士及蕃茄忌廉汁,簡單配搭,味道明快傳神!

Grilled sirloin steak--6成熟西冷肉質柔軟多汁,牛味不弱,還依附著一股焦香!

Peach cheesecake--芝味濃度恰當,質地輕盈,以清甜的檸茶化解一切肥膩,再好不過的句點...
