Anyway I don't like people who are really Serious all the time, so I enjoy reading fun reviews when you could feel how the person really thought of things in a light-hearted way! - but by the same token, I have my own agendas for writing on Openrice and sometimes, I become a bit too serious and arrogant in carrying my points across.... Although in real life I'm quite flexible and ultra-tolerant, ,y theory is, weak and obliging people would never get things done, since these people can't Change the World.... (On the other hand trying to be too pushy and arrogant might have counter effects setting in!)
So yeah - I'm still trying to learn my way around and its a craft to set up the ideal balancing act ! Perhaps I give too much Crying Faces sometimes too haha!

I'm going to try the 'Q9Tech' Chinese writing system soon - hopefully it can help me a bit! 我真係打好耐都打唔完, 無鬼用! 我啲中文係用併音逐個字'睇'出來的, 講都唔會有人信! Anyway I think Typing in Chinese is much more Fun and Happy in the tone - I notice that from reading other English or even my own Reviews too! 總覺得貼切同好玩啲!
By the way, my interest in FOOD is actually not that high - I have other hobbies in my life but it just so happens that I need to eat everyday, so might as well try to request for better food! Besides - I was just telling Furnace before, I think the Hong Kong's Economic Future will highly depend on what others, such as Mainland Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese or Western Countries think of us as a true Culinary City! It has implications which are more far stretched than on the apparent surface. Usually - the more economic thriving cities tend to have the best food in the world, or vice versa, so it will protect our future generations and employment, etc!
Anyway I really enjoy reading your reviews too and they form a good reference for me before I eat there! Thank you !
