NYF at the Peak2011-03-07 11:02203.186.x.xDear Sir/Madam,
We are sorry to hear your disatisfying expereicne at the peak. Would you please kindly let us know which date was your visit for us to follow up. We shall double check with our staff and check with the supplier to inspect whether there was a problem with that Hot dog wiener batch.
Regarding the garnish, I apologize for not being able to assist you in getting the garnish you desired. We offer 8 type of condiment in our hot dog station free of charge. These condiments include mustard, onion, sweet relish, pickle, jalapeno, tomato, olive and sauerkraut.
We can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org shall you have any further comment and inquiry. Many thanks!
Re: NYF at the Peak2011-03-08 19:59Nice to receive your note. This shows that you do care for your customers and their opinions.
I don't think that the weiners have turned bad but I was just hoping that they could be better, with crispier skin and better texture for the filling. Just my personal preference.
On the condiments, I added ketchup and mustard at the station but was not aware that other condiments were available. Perhaps a notice posted at prominent locations or a word from the staff would help. Or you can also consider garnishing the hotdog to suit the customers' requests as in some burger stores back in Canada.
Your prompt response is appreciated and I'm sure that the experience would be better in my next visit.
