To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

3/5羅宋湯好飲，豬扒浸响湯米入面，腍晒好似冇煎過咁有啲失色，不過碎上就好貼心。西多士雖然浸蛋漿時間略短，但反而形成一個更脆嘅外皮，如果可以再厚身啲就好啦！滷水雞翼香料味偏重，少許苦澀，早知叫炸雞翼。

天氣落雨，都諗過去試 下，近近地入左彩星，點左肉眼扒，不用太高期望，塊扒超硬，超鹹，又嚼唔爛咁，塊扒浸左好耐儉水好怪的口感。體驗一次就夠了店員服務算好，環境一般乾淨。

呢間餐廳外表似啲舊式扒房，入面就其實好平民！老闆認得我地問我地’今日早佐喎？’好有親切感！今日lunch 黎，佢俾set lunch menu, 但係唔係好啱食，所以問佢叫main menu 得唔得，初初有個職員話廚房未必整到，又或者要等得比較長時間，決定佐食黑椒豬頸肉炒意粉同蒜香炒峴意粉，問職員叫唔叫得，’得得得’, 所以就一於等食！上枱時，我嗰個黑椒豬頸肉炒意粉好香係有少少油，不過無令我肚痾，所以即係👌🏻好有鑊氣！豬頸肉正常味甘！不過真係好大碟，食完飽到夜晚都食唔落😯另一個係蒜香炒峴意粉，賣相好乾🤣食落...hmm... 我覺得可以再濃味啲，可能係我食得比較重口味🤣🤣🤣

今日趁著下午茶時間過來休息下，順便食個小食，有下午茶套餐可以選擇，我揀左炸雞翼薯條，加杯咖啡，價錢好抵，等左一直就上菜了，都系即叫即做得，所以雞翼外脆都系脆的，口感就係外脆裡嫩，薯條都好香脆，好濃薯仔味道，裡面比較軟，炸得岩岩好。

昨天和朋友去孫中山紀念館，因為離開時都晚上 6 時多，午餐也没吃，很少到那區，便利用 Open Rice 搜尋附近餐廳，看見這間食評都不錯，價錢也不貴，便去一試。內裹格局似那些舊式西餐廳，傢俬都殘舊，有十張二至四人的小枱，中間放了個大金魚缸間開兩邊，地方都寬敞，我們揀了埋邊位置坐，客人只有小貓幾個。侍應只有二，三個，全男班，但D服務態度太差，落單那個黑口黑面😣，食物很快上，味道尚可，叫另一個侍應加水，先是厲了我一眼，再不情不願的去做，令人感到難受，好像增添了他的麻煩，這種服務，很難令我想去第二次比較態度好，是埋單時帶戴帽那侍應。雞扒拼羊扒餐牛扒拼羊扒餐
