To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友！跟我講嘅詞彙嚟形容，今次喺酒店嘅餐廳食泰菜既體驗真係正！🤤 泰式青木瓜沙律嘅酸酸甜甜嚟個開門紅，緊接住椰子雞湯舌尖都係椰香四溢，伴住嗰啲滑嫩雞肉同新鮮磨菇，真係好夠晒哂飽。講到熱盤，青咖喱雞嗰個醬汁真係正到不得了，夠香辣得嚟唔會太過！黃咖喱牛肉喺辣度上面收得啱啱好，肉又腍，你話幾好？👌唔可以唔提泰式魚餅同蝦餅，係咁彈牙有嚼頭，同埋嗰個烤豬頸肉加糯米飯，哇，入口即溶，幾滋味！燒菠蘿嗰陣，串燒入面嘅菠蘿香甜得嚟帶點炭香，一口接一口停唔到手啊！🍍甜品枱上椰汁西米糕、班蘭千層糕，食落好過癮，清新不膩。而榴槤撻，香濃到令人忍唔住要再有多幾件！正呀！言歸正傳，餐廳嘅擺設同氣氛都寫意，對住啲色香味俱全嘅泰美食，諗住一家大細嚟一轉，真係迫不及待要預埋下次再黎。而家個肚已經係幸福滿載，隨時都可以話係今晚最巴閉！💯 continue reading

價格偏貴 不過東西大致上都很好吃很久沒有來吃了 東西差不多就是那個樣子印象最深刻的大概就是湯品了吧尤其是那個牛肉湯 真的很好喝🤣🤣🤣我覺得我可以把整個湯打包喝光光沒有問題（雖然大概知道吃到飽的湯應該是粉調出來的）另外海鮮煲也很可以 之前就有看到推薦說去海港一定要吃的餐點之一所以這次吃有特別點來享用不得不說真的很好喝👍👍最後要推薦的是可以自己製作的珍珠奶茶會想喝看看是因為聽到有小朋友在喊說很好喝自己也來一杯發現還真的很好喝 珍珠也很Q彈 推薦一波👍 continue reading

難得去到Royal Pacific嘅Cafe on the PARK,今次試足唔同嘅野食。首先try左肉類,當然無令我失望。肉類分別有牛、豬、羊同雞,四種肉類都用左唔同嘅煮法整成,各有千秋。然後就又試左刺身。意外地,今次刺身嘅水準唔錯,三文魚同其他魚類質素中上,唔會有太多根。另外亦都有唔同嘅海鮮選擇,包括最多人鍾意嘅蝦、蜆、琵琶蝦,etc。用料都非常新鮮。至於飲品方面都有齊基本嘅野飲。甜品都有好多唔同種類,包括pancake,雪糕,etc。整體黎講, 今次自助餐食水準屬於中上, 而且價錢合理,好合適大家去try try。 continue reading
