龍年訂了兩間酒店的盆菜過年,龍苑是其中一間,去年訂過不過不失,不是十分出色也不是難食,所以今年都繼續訂一個二人盆菜打算初二開年食用。記得去年取盆菜時是用兩個背心袋盛載,今年也是一樣,新年流流就咁用個像垃圾袋的白色背心袋裝著,像廉價茶餐廳的外賣,問問職員有沒有紙袋或環保袋,答案是兩樣都沒有!至於盆菜食物亦一樣不敢恭維,雞、鵝、蝦均甩皮甩骨,食材擺放也很馬虎,像一盆隔夜餸,味道也很普通,$728是如此質素,以後也不會再幫襯! continue reading

星期五的晚上,慶祝朋友生日,選擇了龍苑,除了因為交通方便,另一原因是朋友是這裡常客,知道有甚麼菜式好食,點選的菜式沒有失手,好味好吃。朋友推介以下必食之選🍽 叉燒可惜今次巳買完,但見職員向每枱客說【沒有叉燒了】,就知道這的叉燒很出名,每枱客都有點這菜式。🍽黃金蝦球不錯,蝦球都爽口彈牙。🍽金銀蒜帶子蒸飯很香,份量也很多,因我們只有二人,所以每人也吃了三碗多。🍽紅燒海參扣鵝掌因沒有叉燒,所以改點了海參鵝掌,這個正常發揮。🍽木桶豆腐花必食之選。這個我在餐牌沒見到,可能沒有留意,朋友說叫就有,於是就點了。豆腐花以桶盛載,端上來是熱騰騰的,豆腐花很滑,份量很多,足夠四人享用,因此,我們每人也是食了三碗多,而且價錢只是98元,性價比超高。今次是在openrice訂位,可享有8折,不過,今次用朋友會藉,有75折更化算。 continue reading

小學同學生日,我們選擇食中菜慶生,聽聞龍苑中菜很出名,今天突意來試一下。我們被安排坐於一間房中,房內只有四五張枱,空間尚算闊落,不會過於嘈吵。我們點了以下四菜和一湯:1. 杏汁燉豬肺湯當這道湯上桌時,我們就聞到了濃郁的杏仁香氣。湯的口感清甜,非常滋潤。另外還有豬肺和雞腳湯渣的配料,兩者都非常美味。2. 招牌紅酒燴牛尾煲配蒸花卷這道是餐廳的招牌菜,牛尾燉得非常入味,汁料還可以用花卷蘸食,味道絕佳。不過,這道菜比較油膩,吃完後已經飽得差不多了。3. 原個菠蘿咕嚕黑豚肉我本來對這道菜抱有很大期望,但黑豚肉切得太細又碎,再加上子薑的烹飪方式,讓我有點失望。唯一值得稱讚的是新鮮的菠蘿,非常清甜可口。4. 豉汁帶子蒸豆腐這道菜的帶子蒸得剛剛好,口感非常嫩滑,一點也不會過於嚼勁。5. 薑汁芥蘭這道菜很一般,可能芥蘭並不是當造。6. 南北杏雪耳燉津梨我還點了這道甜品,它的甜度適中,非常滋潤可口。這裡的員工服務非常周到,態度友好。整個晚上過得非常愉快,我們對這次的聚會印象深刻。 continue reading

昨晚朋友同我慶祝生日。因為自己腸胃炎未好,原先訂了西班牙菜在早上決定改中菜,希望食得清淡D。同友人搵了好幾間餐廳都冇位(可能將近冬至),最後去了尖沙咀金域假日酒店的龍苑。四個人吃飯,點了4個餸1個湯。杏汁豬肺湯先上,平時唔食內臟嘅我,都覺得呢個湯好正;碗湯一上枱已經聞到一陣杏仁味,飲後非常有滋潤同和暖的感覺(適逢昨晚只有13-14 度)。真係超正。之後,另一個值得驚喜嘅係砵酒燜牛尾;如果喜歡食牛,呢個好直得推介。4個人,每人分到一舊(我就2舊,因為細size啲),吃落去完全有驚喜,真係燜得好淋,D汁嘅配搭又適中;佢有附上一D小包點比你點D汁來吃(雖然自己D腸胃炎未好,不敢多吃),但可見主廚諗得週到。之後點了的豉計帶子蒸豆腐,薑汁炒芥蘭同原個菠蘿咕嚕肉;味道可以,不過冇以上2款咁出色。值得一贊係招呼我地圍枱的服務員真的很有善;有細心幫我地分埋食物上枱👍🏻總括來講,呢間酒樓,可以再去。 continue reading
