日前去謙記打邊爐時發現左呢度開左間食蟹的專門店 因為我地係日本蟹之道樂的粉絲 所以一心要試下 入到餐廳得我地一台 開頭只係以為我地太早食飯(約6點幾)但越坐越奇怪 食完到8點都係得我地一台 原來係有原因既 我地分別點左一倨$880既鱈場蟹餐同一個$680既毛蟹餐首先簡單講下d前菜 個魚軟骨酸酸地又清清地其實唔錯 但係個魚肝就咸左d又唔係好夠滑 而$880個餐先有的果個汁煮魚前菜直情係覺得好'鞋'刺身又唔係好有味 感覺比較普通蒸蟹味道都唔錯 但又好似唔太夠滑$880餐的燒蟹腳就唔錯 幾鮮味又唔乾天婦羅都唔錯的 唔會好油膩 又熱又脆 佢地其中一款係流心蛋黃天婦羅 第一次食 覺得係好食的跟住呢個係毛蟹餐既毛蟹凍食 雖然話係凍食 但係個溫度怪怪地 似凍又似暖 令食落成件事感覺唔多好燒蟹肉飯團 唔香又唔脆 連紫菜都唔脆 又唔覺得食到蟹肉 火鍋蟹身 蟹身會同雜菜鍋一齊煮 比較清淡的一道菜 而個蟹蓋就會留比呢度既職員去幫你煮個蟹粥蟹粥 唔錯幾好味 只係我地已飽到食左小小就要打包了整體其實最鐘意呢度個蛋黃天婦羅,粥同燒蟹腳 其他我就覺得比呢個價錢我就唔會來呢度食 而會選擇去灣仔另一間食蟹的專門店 而如果食呢個質素 我又令願去銅鑼灣世貿入面果間食蟹的餐廳 起碼價錢會比較底食

Service : Extraordinary Experience. In general, the service was nice. However we are not happy until the waiter suddenly speaks one foul language in front of us to intervene our conversation. We suddenly piss off and shocked. Ambiance : Spacious, Hotel Cafe Decoration but a bit windy for my tableFood : This was the 2nd time i came here. Both were invited by different friends. I would say the food quality are quite unstable. The first time was around Sep and the last time was in Dec. The first time i felt good about crab but disappointed about the sashimi part whereas the last time i was totally disappointed by crab itself though the sashimi is very fresh. Good point : Hairy Crab : The crab roe is super yummy with cut the shell half already. It is easily for us to taste it. However, the crab is too small. we kill the dish within 5 minutes. Bad points :King Crab : - sashimi really tasteless, i doubt why i taste nothing without dipping the soy sauce. - Grill King leg, we can smell the charcoal smell however it is too overheat and too dry. Plus i dont know why this time the meat is quite salty this time without crab sweetness.- Crab congee, we have high expectation on the crab congee. However this time not sweet and rich enough.All in all, I think if you want to have a casual dinner and no expectation, it is fine. However if you really come here for special occassion, then try to throw a coin and try your "LUCK".

一向喜歡日本美食的我(尤其日本蟹)經朋友介下來到"蟹一"試試看,店裡的裝修簡約而舒適,坐位很寛趟,服務人員也很有禮貌,坐下來已急不及待點選我最喜愛的日本雪場蟹及當時今的松葉蟹(因為我們有四位用),聞說他們聘請了一位極之有經驗的日本老師傅去處理,所以我們都沒有特別指定任何菜色,就試試他有什麼驚喜給我們點選完蟹之後後當然要配合上等清酒及美味魚生,他們選了當天最新鮮運到的北海道活帶子,拖羅及魚立魚,生蠔,一嚐之下果然真的很鮮味,帶子爽口及拖羅入口即溶的感覺真可以比美一級的日本餐廳,再配上上等清酒,一絶也......食完刺身,主角要出場了,松葉蟹腳刺身鮮甜美味,蟹身用清蒸方法,再配合蟹蓋用蛋白去蒸,完全能品嚐出松業蟹的鮮味,十分新鮮,丙配上日本蟹醋更能特顯其鮮味至於雪場蟹腳採用了黃金燒及監燒兩款食法,更令人有新鮮感,又再證實師傅的用心製作及安排,,天婦羅方面,脆漿倣得非常出色,脆而不油,尤其炸蛋黃入口即溶而不會熨口,出乎意料之外,本應雪場蟹身是用火鍋再配上蔬菜的,可惜我們已飽得不能再吃,所以師傅建議用來跟蟹蓋膏一併煮粥,出來的效果簡直鮮甜至極,吃後真的很溫暖,大滿足!

聖誕工作太忙的關係,需要同客一邊開會一邊食Lunch,因為客人的Office位於鵝橋附近的關係,大家都想食得比較Light,我們就決定去蟹一食日本菜。臨近12月,餐廳都已經換上了聖誕裝飾了,氣氛十分濃厚。因為我們2pm才約食Lunch,所以餐廳裡的人數都相對上比較少,很快就有位了。場內裝潢也十分摩登,很多擺設都用上Earth tone,再配上不同的植物擺設,令人感覺舒適。天氣有點冷,我們點了一份汁燒和牛套餐,先上Starter,蘿白漬物,味道不算太咸酸且不硬,很容易便咬開了,一整塊的味道濃郁非常,由其小妹特別喜愛吃醃青瓜,這份漬物吃起來令我胃口大開,哈哈。單吃和牛口感非常Juicy,咬落也十分彈口,肉質鮮嫩,加上洋蔥味道不算太重,能帶出和牛的肉味,的確不錯。另外配上溫泉蛋作醬料,沾上溫泉蛋醬後與和牛味道互相配合,別有一番風味。Yummy!!另外還點了天婦羅套餐,Starter除了漬物之外,還上了甜蝦,因為本人不太愛好生蝦,客人食了說甜蝦味道還好帶點甜,而我比較感興趣去試一下天婦羅,內有一系列炸物,由上至下介紹:炸鱈場蟹腳、炸大蝦、炸魚、炸冬茹、炸南瓜同埋炸糖心蛋問過廚師才知道,米飯來自日本到港的珍珠米做襯托,軟熟可口,擺了一會也不會太冷。侍應更說原來用作襯托的葉子也可以吃,香脆亦不帶點草味,充滿驚喜!!值得一讚的是,環境十分寧靜,環境十分寧靜,的確非常適合傾公事,GOOD! 就算坐得比較長時間,侍應也不會打擾。讚好!!

I went there one time before this review with a colleague, and it was incredible! The ambiance and taste, decor and design is just like an upscale Tokyo restaurant - but without hte upscale price here in HKG!Each time I've gone there, I've been the only table, which is a shame - because this place really deserves more patrons.The sushi rice is designed with the freshest toro and prawns, along with tuna and etc. My wife is vegetarian, and they were able to make her an entirely vegetarian menu - filled with japanese mushrooms, clear noodles, tofu and cabbage. She topped it off with a pumpkin tempura. The best part is the tempura egg - you GOT TO TRY THIS! It's soft on the inside and only the egg yolk! Of course, you should only consume one, for your cholesterol level...I highly recommend that you walk by and try this place. Because it is on Jaffe road, it is not as crowded as the other Causeway Bay restaurants. Because it is near wan chai, the price isn't expensive. Because it is undiscovered,there is no wait time.If you got a date, an evening with friends and conversation - I highly recommend you just give this place a try. The experience is unforgettable!
