This sauce is suitable for all kinds of pastas and even for bake rice as well.
Ingredient and Portion
spinach 500g
cream 80g
parmesan cheese 40g
Seasoning
salt
fresh ground pepper
Method
1.Wash and clean the spinach, then pick the spinach leafs only
2.Put spinach leafs in boil water then cook for about 2-3 minutes
3.Rinse out the water and put in the blender
4.Add in cream and blend till smooth, then add in parmesan cheese
5.Once all blend well, add in salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Please keep in fridge before using and keep only for 2-3days.
