Ingredient and Portion
(2-3 servings)

6 medium tomatoes

1 cucumber

A green / red / yellow peppers

1 Purple onion

1 Garlic

A piece of white bread
Seasoning
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
A pinch of salt
Method
1. Put all the ingredients and seasoning into the blender.

2. Filter all residue, then chill in fridge for 3 hours.
