話說新年大家會煎年糕食,多數都係加蛋煎,而我就麻麻哋這種食法,比較膩口。新年時看到網友分享新式食譜,簡單至極,令我蠢蠢欲試!這將是首次分享食譜,第一次來點喜慶食品吧,希望大家喜歡。

年糕 半底
蛋 1隻
春卷皮 5塊 (夠半底糕用)
Method
1. 早5至10分鐘把材料由雪櫃取出,以令年糕調至室溫上下。
2. 將年糕剪成條狀,長度應盡量配合春卷皮。
3. 用1/4張春卷皮,將條狀年糕卷起,用蛋漿封口。
4. 以文火加些油,慢煎卷好的年糕,令其香脆。
5. 煎至四面金黃色,有少少焦燶,一道脆皮年糕則成。上碟!
Tips
這種煮法改變了年糕的傳統觀感,香脆口感盡掩肥膩,會令人不經不覺吃多了(注意肥胖!)。各位可隨自己喜好切出合心水的粗幼大小,試了兩次,我就最喜愛幼身少少的!外皮香脆,內裏似軟糖。
