材料簡單,作法容易,是以花蟹本身的鮮甜來取勝。
Ingredient and Portion
花蟹 2-3隻
Seasoning
鹽適量、胡椒粉 少許(怕辣可不用)

Method
1. 將花蟹表面用鹽塗滿,但別太多。
2. 送到焗爐內,以攝氏170度焗10分鐘。
3. 拿出來撒上胡椒粉(或選擇直接拿到焗爐),然後焗至熟透,拿出即成。
