混醬爆彩椒素雞

呢個混醬超好味呀, 我以前會用嚟炒肉類, 而家就用嚟煮素食材, 用嚟配炒素雞好夾架, 可令到淡而無味嘅素雞都變得好野味。
呢款小炒具有很好的營養價值, 青椒能預防動脈硬化、高血壓、糖尿病等症狀、可促進黑色素的新陳代謝,對黑斑、雀斑都具療效。紅燈籠椒有高營養、低卡路里的特性,最適合節食時期進食。洋蔥中的蒜素具有很強的殺菌功效,也能預防動脈硬化。它所含的維他命B1能消除疲勞,而它含有的槲皮素具有保護神經細胞的作用, 也能預防癌症。
素雞是由大豆製造,天然健康。
Ingredient and Portion
2-3人份量
素雞 1條
青、紅、黃燈籠椒各1/4個
洋蔥1/4個 (全素者或奶素者不宜食用)
Seasoning
辣豆瓣醬 2茶匙 (可因個人口味而加減份量)
海鮮醬 1.5茶匙
鹽 1/6茶匙
水 1湯匙
所有調味料拌勻
Method
1. 各甜椒去籽, 洗淨切角 ; 洋蔥切角.
2. 素雞略沖, 切滾刀塊, 用兩湯熱油略泡油約一分鐘, 盛起待用.
3. 用餘油爆香洋蔥, 加入甜椒加少許鹽快炒, 把素雞回鑊, 注入調味料兜勻即可.
Tips
洋蔥要爆出香味才可, 而三色椒就要用中火快炒。
混醬的辛辣程度是小辣,可因應個人口味而加減。
素雞可在豆腐檔或超市買。
