Ingredient and Portion
焦糖汁:糖半杯,水1/4杯
蛋液:蛋液一杯,淡忌廉一杯
Seasoning
可加vanilla 香油幾滴
Method
先煮溶糖及水至蕉糖顏色,離火後加一兩湯匙沸水,倒在圓形焗盆底,待用
用打蛋器打勻蛋及淡忌廉,格篩倒在焦糖上
蓋上鉐紙間水焗之1/2個鐘@350度F
Tips
份量可加可減,總之蛋跟淡忌廉份量一比一
淡忌廉可改牛奶做清淡啲但不夠滑
煮蕉糖加沸水時好彈要小心,一定要用好沸的水,不可用凍水會超彈
