夏天將至, 吃一口涼拌, 來消除悶氣吧!
Ingredient and Portion
芋絲 200克
彩椒(切絲) 40克
雲耳(切絲) 10克

Seasoning
黑醋 1-3湯匙
生抽 2-3湯匙
糖 1-2湯匙
純正芝麻油 1/2 茶匙
辣椒粉 少許
Method
1.芋絲放入沸水中略煮,取出後室溫開水至涼,瀝乾。
2.將所有材料放在碗內放入雪櫃冷凍,吃時才加調味料拌勻便可。
Tips
雲耳先浸洗淨去砂粒(有時間可浸過夜)然後切絲, 因雲耳沒有味道, 可加麻油, 豉油用鑊略炒, 待涼加入其他材料拌勻。
