復活清明,全家又坐艇過大海。氹仔上岸後,先坐發財車去威尼斯人逛逛。     在大運河看到有名的葡撻店,剛好又有座位,所以大家在此休息一下。    點了三個葡撻加一杯凍黑啡。電子支付,仲慳左MOP水位優惠,接近98折。 葡撻    不知葡撻標準如何,只要是熱辣辣,自己覺得好味就ok了。  酥皮底較油又脆,需要以餐紙包好享用。中芯蛋漿仍溫暖,少少甜,跟脆脆底部成明顯對比。享用後,整張枱面地下都是酥皮碎碎。葡撻的先天結構如此,比較適合在外享用。  咪鬼整污糟屋企!  BLACK COFFEE    葡撻又甜又重油脂,所以咖啡特地走糖走奶。黑啡表面無咖啡油,啡底色澤較淡。入口很淡,感覺不似即磨囉!  似是brew coffee囉!  得淡淡的苦味,以溝淡的涼茶。盛惠MOP 26呀!  這裡是酒店商場呀!在環境上,此價格合理。可是在咖啡味道上,唔值!   光顧葡撻店,當然享用葡撻最保險囉! continue reading

到澳門旅遊,當然要食被澳門特區政府列入非物質文化遺產清單——葡撻,而安德魯餅店就是我心中最好食的葡撻榜首!!!每一間安德魯餅店基本上都是大排長龍,誘人的烘焙味瀰漫著四周,令你越排越飢餓!排約20分鐘後,終於在剛剛出爐的葡撻盆中,買到最愛!店中有枱凳供食客坐低,一邊品嘗美食,一邊欣賞威尼斯水鄉風景!葡撻(MOP13 each)葡撻一上手是熱辣辣香噴噴,真是新鮮出爐!!糖過度受熱後的焦糖形成表面的黑點,牛油味香重的酥皮餅底,咬落片片薄脆,濃烈的奶香味蛋漿,形成軟心的狀態!順滑和脆香的質感在口中互相交融,極富層次,口感極佳。 continue reading

呢間葡撻店真係要排超級長嘅隊先買到,我排咗差唔多半個鐘先至買到。🫠😅葡撻外脆內軟,真係好好味!!!每一口都能夠品嚐到那份香脆的外皮同葡撻內餡嘅結合!真係令人愉悅!!!!🤤😋不過,如果下次再要排咁耐隊,我可能就唔會再買囉。排隊等太久真係有啲唔方便。不過,如果經過嘅時候見到冇人排隊,就可以一試!!!!😋😄總括黎講,呢間葡撻店嘅葡撻真係外脆內軟好味!!!不過要排長隊真係有啲不方便。👍🥧🥧 continue reading

黎到澳門,當然要試試澳門名物——葡撻,我地黎到威尼斯人嘅安德魯餅店,見到大排長龍,全部都系遊客。等左差唔多半個鐘,終於輪到我,買左半打葡撻($75),即時拎一個試食,葡撻拎上手熱辣辣,同埋好香好吸引!個餅皮望落金黃酥脆,葡撻面有焦糖化,加埋啱啱出爐嘅香氣,想鯨吞落肚。咬左一啖,餅皮好酥脆,而且濃濃嘅牛油味,里面嘅蛋漿非常滑嫩,蛋味濃,不過食多幾啖,略嫌過甜,有d膩。整體來講,蛋撻味道不錯,如果鐘意食甜品,可以買黎試試。不過排隊時間太長,同埋價錢偏貴,一個$13,半打$75,一打$150。 continue reading

安德魯,亦即Andrew Stow,係英國人嚟,曾經將葡撻由歐洲傳入,再用心改良,成為今日大家食到嘅安德魯葡撻🥧做葡撻做到拎勳章,被表揚其創造葡撻嘅成就,真係唔講得笑!今次嚟澳門去咗環境最靚果間威尼斯人分店,臨番香港果陣仲衝埋去官也街分店買咗半打比屋企人食,番到去放焗爐焗番熱,大家都仍然讚口不絕😋葡撻一個$15,半打$75,一打$150,價格算合理。威尼斯人分店就喺大運河旁邊,行行吓一定會見到其中一條運河附近(即臉譜街)排曬長龍,就係分店所在位置喇。門口排隊嘅人主要係買外賣,要堂食就自己入去搵枱(因為店面嘅員工都非常之咁忙,現場都係靠自己碰運氣)我哋一行5人等咗20分鐘,竟然比我哋等到一張運河旁邊嘅枱坐,可以一邊食一邊打卡✌🏻葡撻水準極高,撻皮好有層次,咬落酥脆美味,表面烤焦到有焦糖燉蛋嘅感覺,而蛋漿就香濃,有蛋香味,十分經典。只怕食過之後,難以食番其他食店嘅葡撻了🙈 continue reading
