Introduction
At the heart of the hotel is the Lobby Lounge - highlighted by a striking cluster of copper pendant lights - the ideal wine and champagne bar for gathering among friends. The lounge also features Pâtisserie, offering a wide variety of sweets, such as the famous authentic Portuguese egg tart and a selection of cakes and homemade chocolates. While enjoying these treats, guests are entertained by evening performances of the live band, accompanied by traditional Chinese and Western musical instruments.

之前去君悅酒店staycation時，發現大堂酒廊平日星期一至五中午午市套餐幾吸引，每日有指定一款主食，跟一杯葡萄酒、汽水、咖啡或茶，再係下午茶時段來個甜品，放假就係要食起來😆！~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~美國谷飼牛扒 午市套餐 跟凍檸茶 ($118)龍蝦扁意粉 ($188)甜品套餐（可麗露 提子鬆餅） 跟熱拿鐵 ($88)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~星期一指定主菜係我最想試的 美國谷飼牛扒 ，五成熟剛剛好，本身牛味濃，搽上配埋牛油香味較重，未算特別嫩身，但肉質柔軟，還不錯的說！粗薯條炸得香脆，份量幾多下，整份食晒已經好飽，食完牛扒和薯條，再食伴碟的沙律🥗清清油膩感，不錯不錯👍，個人覺得飲品方面搭配酒或茶會夾啲。.龍蝦扁意粉 意粉軟硬度適中，全部去殼的龍蝦肉🦞，肉質鮮甜和Q彈，有淡淡松露香，濃稠醬汁掛在意粉上，每口都夠味道。.甜品套餐— 自選甜點兩件（葡式蛋撻、提子鬆餅或可麗露）及一杯咖啡/ 茶。提子鬆餅 鬆餅口感鬆化，淡淡牛油香，鐘意搽酸甜草莓醬和忌廉，如果多少少提子乾會更合我喜好。可麗露外脆內軟，但略為甜。.發現酒店內餐廳越來越抵食，整體來講味道不錯，用餐環境安靜舒服，服務又好，假如套餐跟杯紅酒🍷，性價比更高更正。午市套餐指定得一款主菜，兩個人食的話，叫兩份一樣好似有啲重複，今次另外單點份意粉，雖然最後覺得套餐抵食啲，難得放假開心最重要😜。_⭐️ 需加10%服務費和5%政府稅⭐️ 午市套餐由12:00-14:30

超值的high tea buffet❤️一到達waitress就讓我們從4款餐具中選擇自己的專屬餐具，全部都非常高貴精美。食物有多款選擇，最令人驚喜的是每款食品如有需要可請waitress幫忙番熱，waffle,煙三文魚包,疏乎厘和葡撻等都變得特別新鮮有多個甜品櫃，色澤非常鮮豔，味道也很好，特別推介馬卡龍，藍色為咖啡味，最為美味，口感很鬆化，濃濃的咖啡味，甜度適中😍各款奶凍及忌廉卷也做得相當不錯，奶味非常重。環境更值得一讚，會有中西樂合奏，也有人唱歌，能讓人盡情享受relaxing moment

中秋其間同朋友去澳門Hea遊鬆下，因visa signature卡做promotion，以優惠價澳門幣$299(已包含服務費)於大堂酒廊專享二人下午茶餐，用餐時間由下午15:00至18:00，所以我地book左Grand Hyatt afternoon tea試下。酒廊一直有人唱歌和live band伴湊，在音樂伴隨和舒適環境下更覺輕鬆。本以為下午茶是傳統式俸上一座餅架，上面有不同餅點慢慢享用，原來他們最近已改了自助形式，人客自由出去攞茶點。茶點中當然少不了澳門葡撻，正👍🏻有四款不同口布甸，見到都開心每人包一杯飲品，我叫了鐵觀音，茶味非常好，亦可不斷加水。值得賞試，無論環境和食物都很好，再加上信用卡優惠，性價比很高👍🏻

It features patisserie, a selection of cakes, homemade chocolates and the signature Portuguese egg tart. The refined afternoon tea set is recognized by its beautiful silver stand, holding some daily pastries such as mango pudding, tiramisu, cookies & creme cupcakes; some fresh berries and salmon bagels, the assorted eclairs are chocolate, raspberry, green tea and chestnut flavors. The raisin scones are crumbly and buttery, served with strawberry jam and clotted cream, in addition to a separate platter of homemade dim sum, shrimp dumplings and shao mai.The set also includes two cups of coffee or tea, we have had hot peppermint tea and a Cantonese milk tea served in a vacuum flask.
