我好鍾意食咖喱,呢間Michelin one star印度餐廳價格相宜,本來第一日已經想試但係佢哋中午淨係做buffet, 我同朋友都唔想食buffet, 所以嚟到澳門最後一晚先決定去試。之前上網都睇過推介,大概知道自己會食啲乜,服務員都好細心推介,仲介紹新出嘅cocktails. 我成日都眼闊肚窄,成日以為會唔夠食結果食唔晒打包。因為印度野始終都比較重口味,愈食就覺得越膩,所以叫適量就夠啦。Avocado salad同dessert賣相真係一百分,salad食落都幾特別幾好味。咖喱方面好惹味,真係應該叫碗飯撈咖喱汁。但係cocktails方面比較令人失望,唔好飲。 continue reading

2018年最後一次來訪,又將一家米芝蓮食府收入囊中!女仔嘛~始終在意下性價比,Golden Peacock極高啊!不過都要睇個人口味,畢竟印度有點重口味😂好warm,贈送餐前小食主打3只咖喱醬!作為一個fashion designer,關於一切美感嘅嘢都忍不住影低菜品簡單,但擺盤出品卻有格調!幾好!junglee khumb kebab印式炸芝士蘑菇球脆卜卜嘅(有點硬嘅外殼😂)咬開,蘑菇蓉夾帶芝士醬,好香!rajdhani subz dum biryani印式什菜牛油飯印度風味好重嘅米飯,超重香料味!不過呢餐有個小插曲由於waiter落漏單,追查後,前後3個啊頭過來親切致歉,為此仲送上每人一杯芒果橙汁!本來,睇似算係小事,不過此服務態度,不枉米芝蓮稱號!sona mor non vegetarian platter非素食拼盤石榴烤雞好滑溜~印式烤羊肉串,外層嘅果仁夾埋,口感不錯!不過香蒜大蝦,就顯得美中不足,有點腥味😂最後嘅desserts係ghevar with spiced cherry脆餅伴櫻桃🍒好適合我個人口味,唔甜,酸酸地搭配脆口嘅餅底,有點奶香味,正好開心嘅用餐🍴享受皇雀,一星餐廳,三星服務!PS:威尼斯人比較大,餐廳係金光綜藝館隔離! continue reading

專程到訪只因它是米芝蓮一星,中午只做自助餐,有點兒失望,但最後也決定一試它的真功夫。晚餐餐牌只有少量咖哩,與傳統印度餐廳有點不同。現在,終於明白大廚的專長不在香料和咖哩;這兒的咖哩真是太普通了,又不辣又不香。今天中午自助餐共有四款食物配以咖哩:1. 咖哩小羊腿:選料上盛,有淡淡羊羶味;可惜烹調過火,有點粗榎。初時以為是因為自助餐不停保溫中,但剛從廚房出來的,口感也是比較榎了一點。真是浪費了美味的材料!2. 咖哩魚和雞的烹調就剛剛好,入口還很嫩滑。3. 咖哩蝦,蝦肉不鮮甜,似急凍食物。咖哩用了蝦殼製成,是四款中比較可取。麵包條和薄脆也有一定水準,乾爽不油,入口即脆;原本滿心歡喜期待印度烤餅。誰知,非常失望。它竟然是我第一次,一早已停手,最後還餘下一塊。油膩還可接受,不香脆也可忍受,但如香口膠一般韌,真是吃多一口也覺太多。幸好,蕃茄湯還算惹味;自製乳酪有不同款式,如紅菜頭等。沙律吧又大賣有機,總算也值回票價。總括而言,它的服務良好,晚餐餐牌食物賣相又吸引,一星大概也由此而來。最後,我也自製一款精緻菜式;好好感受什麼是米之蓮一星。 continue reading

米芝蓮一星餐廳嘅印度餐廳,裝修幾靚,座落於威尼斯人入面餐前小食有3款醬汁俾你點嚟食,傳統的mint,紅菜頭乳酪,同一款我聽唔到佢講咩😆1. 非素食拼盤 $175 - 有3款食物i)石榴烤雞- 呢個係signature dish,所以一定要叫嚟試下,用紅菜頭同紅石榴醃製,醃幾個鐘,肉質超淋,用好少力就可以咬開,好有別於一般印式烤肉ii)香蒜烤大蝦- 蝦幾大隻,味道不錯iii)印式烤羊肉串- 面coat咗d脆脆粒粒增添口感,肉帶點羶,食開羊嘅會接受到2. 芒果咖哩鱈魚 $152 - 一食落食到個咖哩帶點芒果酸味,之後先醒起係有芒果,但芒果味唔算好出,整體個咖哩味係幾好,唔會好辣,鱈魚好滑3. 食咖哩當然要食Naan,揀咗sun dried tomato & chilli $42 - 熱辣辣,烤到個邊微微焦香,辣辣地味道不錯4. 點品都係叫咗signature 的一款,皇雀脆餅伴櫻桃 $108 - 呢個我唔太識欣賞,櫻桃話係spiced ,但除咗甜味我食唔到其他味,不過無怪味都係好嘅,個脆餅撻底我覺得有陣似益味嘅味,點嘅係忌廉同乳酪5. 巴西搖.芒果飲品 $45 -其實我只飲到甜味,同香港飲嘅超唔同 continue reading

皇雀是大陆及港澳台地区唯一一间米其林印度餐厅。中午自助餐性价比很高,用金沙卡打9折之后,只需198MOP/人。总的来说,皇雀的食物素质非常高,超越广州所有印度餐厅,且据说食材大多从印度空运而来。以下是中午自助餐的菜品点评——1)餐前小吃系列:脆饼偏硬,酸奶不错。2)Tandoori烤炉系列:烧烤系列比较普通,烤花菜、烤玉米都只能算有特点,不过烤鸡很好,一点都不柴;3)肉菜咖喱系列:中午提供了蒜蓉大虾、菠菜鸡肉、咖喱羊肉等三款,我最喜欢菠菜鸡肉;4)素菜咖喱系列:我觉得餐厅里做得最好的咖喱,芝士咖喱、豆角咖喱等都很美味,另外综合蔬菜汤极其好吃,香浓顺滑略带微辣。5)主食系列:米饭一般,烤饼很有麦香,但我觉得烤得稍硬。6)甜品系列:藏红花牛奶粥很好喝,奶香特别浓,当然,跟所有印度甜食一样极其甜。 continue reading
