想試這間好耐,不是錯過營業時間😣,就係被其他美食勾引咗😅,今次終於食到,同兩個好朋友一齊來,仲要連續兩天既不同時段去😁。第一次晚上八點半左右,點咗皮蛋、及第粥、豬腰豬肝碟。落單之後等咗好耐,因為這時段有好多外賣order,要耐心等待。這裡豬腰豬肝碟是厚切用粥底灼,幾特別。這裡粥既特色是在碗底放生雞蛋,記緊拌勻才食。第二日早上11點左右,點咗金銀肉丸粥及皮蛋瘦肉粥。總括這兩次經驗,豬肉丸、皮蛋、豬潤,正。 continue reading

I always love eating congee, and the congee from this store is very special, guess why?There is an egg inside!The chef was cooking the congee in front of you, and before it is served, a fresh egg will be added into it. You will then stir it before it is cooked completely. We chose meatball congee and beef congee, and they are well seasoned and flavoured. 澳門地道粥今日專登09:00去到終於可以食到好好彩唔使排隊,豬肉丸真係好好味,即叫即造,夠彈牙,原來佢嘅牛丸都唔錯,雖然煮粥都要等15分鐘,但是都值得,店內姐姐友善,好有屋企感覺,最重要係冇味精,食完之後唔會感覺口渴下次一定會再幫襯 continue reading

聞說三元粥店係澳門其中一間馳名粥店,最出名係豬肉同牛肉丸,據說以前係由「三」個「元」老級人馬經營,所以叫三元。由於未食過,連澳門當地人都推介,所以去試吓由於小本經營嘅關係,營業時間比較特別,係由朝早8至11點,然後中間落場,直至到晚上7點開到凌晨12點半左右打烊。所以,香港同內地的朋友要注意⚠️我朝早11點15分趕到去都已經落閘了,真係唔明點解午市唔做。縱觀中港兩地,從未見過一間粥店是咁的,只可以話呢個係澳門生活吧既然一場來到澳門🇲🇴,無理由空手而回,我地決定周圍行吓。澳門呢幾年變化好多,新馬路同花市一樣迫到水洩不通,好多物價都貴咗好多,好似巴士車費,以前三四蚊都有得搭,依家都變咗6蚊。希望三元嘅肉丸粥可以保持水準吧等到6:50左右,終於開門了,但係入面兩位姐姐完全當我地隱形咁,一啲招呼我地嘅意欲都無。湊巧有一對情侶踏入店門,勇敢地問煮粥姐姐請問開門未?但換來嘅係「入得,不過你有排都未有得食」😱姐姐嘅神級回答將嗰對情侶拒人於千里之外,聽到咁答我個心都有點寒。為免再度剌激煮粥嘅人(你懂的),我地就行一陣。到七點後,我地嘗試堂堂正正攻入,好在有個叔叔好熱情咁叫我地入來坐。一坐底,店面嘅異味撲鼻而來,以我嘅經驗所知,呢一種除咗係嗡味(發霉)之外,仲散發出一種蟑螂味,無錯係小強排洩物嘅味🤢而且聞說店面比以前髒了叫了招牌菜金銀丸粥更雞蛋。聽講話以前係有個伯伯即叫即做,要等埋肉丸熟咗先再粥一齊煮,所以要等廿幾分鐘。但今次見到煮粥姐姐將已熟嘅肉丸放入粥一齊煮已經心知不妙,我估應該係上午賣剩的(因為我地係晚市第一枱客)、就算香港食碎牛粥都唔會煮定啲碎牛。果然,試咗一粒豬肉丸覺得好唔新鮮,味道方面有少少怪,所以剩兩粒決定放棄唔食。食食吓聽到噹噹聲响,發覺煮粥姐姐將肉粒一次過大批咁煮,終於知道昔日嘅即叫即做煮法已經消失了。粥底雖然好綿,但係無米味;而油條又凍又軟,應該都係朝早嘅貨,千祈唔好試$39一碗粥其實喺香港已經可以食到好高質素嘅粥,真係覺得物非所值👎🏻老店轉手後失水準唔係第一次見無咗即叫即煮肉丸,可能係為咗提高效率,但換來嘅係下降嘅質素。聽澳門人講以前係食完一碗再想食第二碗,但我就真係覺得「不可一、不可再」。希望老闆睇到後可以諗吓點樣將間一代名店留傳下去。 continue reading

三元粥品專家在福隆新街已經開了60年了! 老闆是一位中山的伯伯。他問我為什麼一猜就知道他是中山的,我就說你的口音很像我爸爸的所以就猜到了!这裡有名的及第粥和雙丸粥, 我們兩樣都點了。 他的晚市開門時間其實是七时,但因為沒地方逛, 好人的伯伯就先讓我們坐入去, 也讓我們先點了! 他的人客真的很多, 在開門不到十五分鐘其實就已經滿座了! 很多都是本地老主顧光顧! 說回食物部分, 粥底很綿 牛肉丸豬肉丸 非常爽口, 豬膶是明顯有醃過的,很好味! 豬肚灼得很脆。 整體上除了 交來的油條已經不脆有點失真之外, 粥品的質素真的是 很好!難怪他一直生意興隆! continue reading
