Fresh bake egg tart

Can't imagine how can those people queue up for three hours for the cheese tart in SOGO. I have this fresh egg tart when I walk by and the baker bring this out from the shop. This tart is so call cookie skin tart. Not tart is quite light, not heavy with butter. Eggy stuffing is light as well, like a piece of cotton.The egg tart is kinda hot item here, whole tray sold within 5 min, I yet not finish my tart.
