Went to this Spanish restaurant for brunch with my family . This restaurant is in wan chai and is just opposite to the Morison swimming pool .The brunch consists of the salad , cold food , juice , cheese corner. You can also order the egg and sandwiches with them. I have tried the cold shrimp which is fresh. I have also tried the sandwiches , the salad. They tasted fine and fresh . Went to this Spanish restaurant for brunch with my family . This restaurant is in wan chai and is just opposite to the Morison swimming pool .
The brunch consists of the salad , cold food , juice , cheese corner. You can also order the egg and sandwiches with them. I have tried the cold shrimp which is fresh. I have also tried the sandwiches , the salad. They tasted fine and fresh . I particularly enjoyed the small sardines as you cant normally get them in HK restaurants. For the hot served items which include suckling ping , roast beef , roasted chicken , fideua ( black ink seafood rice ), salt crusted whole fish. I guess they change their hot served menus from time to time.
The suckling pig and the fideua tasted so good that I think the roasted pig taste better even better than our Cantonese style as the skin is less fatty but more crunchy . The roasted chicken and the beef were also good. You could taste the charcoal-grilled flavour from that.
Please wait till the last as the desert wouldn't appear until 2:15 pm (near the end of the brunch). I quickly indulged into the churros. It's definitely the must-try desert. The Tangerine mouse was another exceptionally good dessert ,but I think the big surprise came from the peanut Swiss roll cake. It's the highlight of the meal as it's a fusion taste that I've never tried before.
Overall expression for this restaurant which is full of good surprise and with good taste . You can get good food , relaxing environment and fun show. It's a great spot if you want some tasty and filling brunch.
