Annual family gathering prefer a seaview dinner rather than back to East-TST, it's our first time attend that dining placeit's about 2/3 fully-booking around 8:00pm, the dishes for 9 adult arrange by elder-relative esp. we need to take care of 5 children at the same time, so we extra order : fried noodle for themstarter is strange : mini deep-fried prawn-ball is not that yummy as the coating is too thick shark-fin soup is normal & its a certain "glue" to me ! so both of them I didn't post out ~d

deep-fried chicken have good look but tasteless too~
fortunately , we surprise by the strong favour of the angus-beef dice, really juicy & tender to match the chinese jade-bean
relatives also appreciate the stirred fried duck with taro : strong "nam-yu" sauce base when the favour totally absorbed
sweet & sour pork without bone is also one of our favour though the sauce is not that tradition, coating just right with various veg.
green-bean noodle with the stirred-fried chicken-pot &
the prawn-pot also in good comment to those pot-lovers again!
salmon fried-rice really diappointed us which didn't have the mood of "fried" (鑊氣), while the taste is too light contrast with the colourful presentation!
dessert : popular chinese cakes on the antique-shelf seems good-looking but taste is normal without surprise, children want something special at last, so we order 3 for them to share: mango pudding
is sfsg ; 才楊甘露
have good presentation only! We did happy when various kind of ships & boats across the excellent night-scene that draw our attention in order to complete that unique birthday-evening as a whole !
Other Info. :
~ waitress & waiter are well-trained, accidently I step on one's foot & say sorry, she keep her smile without any negative facial-expression!
~ western didn't fond of children, some of them run around, but waitress & waiter gentle remind them sometimes to keep the atmosphere comfortable !
