I remember walking past Harbour City's Venchi before looking SPECIFICALLY for their Gelato Counter - because I remember seeing a Venchi shop in Italy which carried one. But during that routine check of HK Venchi, there still wasn't any Gelati for sale. So imagine to my surprise, when I was told by the Managing team of the Harbour City Mall that they've now finally installed their Gelato counter! So off we went coming to here, despite an already full stomach from a previous meal....Guy
Guys apparently, also have a 2nd stomach for desserts. It's nicknamed 'Bulge' !

Apricot - Very refreshing and natural tasting. I loved this a lot. 9/10

Irwin Mango -A summer sensation. I like how this was not artificially sweetened, as with many versions! Could do with more mango taste though. But lovely smooth texture. Encore! 7/10

Mixed Forest Berries -Mostly Raspberry and Strawberry taste, according to one of our expert berry lover tasters! This retained a good sourness to it, which I like as it really wakes you up! 8/10

Extra Dark Chocolate -This is the Piece de Resistance.... AMAZING!!! In fact this was already recommended by a famous Hong Kong Food Critic before and he was so right, this had the right balance of very rich chocolate, but wasn't too thick or fudge like either. I am TOTALLY IN LOVE with this scoop of Dark Chocolate gelato, I know I can't resist walking past even if I am meant to be on a diet! 10/10

Cremino Pralinato Fondente -Hazelnut and Chocolate were available for tasting and I tried a bit. Too hard to judge from the little bits I've tried, but it seemed pretty promising. Next time I'll try a bit more before I can verify!

Trio of Crema Catalana, Hazelnut, and more Dark Chocolate -I really liked the Crema Catalana as it was eggy creamy but with an almost toffeed influence in it, this interpretation of a Spanish dessert into a gelato was interesting. For some reason I really liked this, but not so others! The Hazelnut was also pretty strong in flavour. 8/10

6 TYPES OF FLAVOURS here are swapped on rotation every 1-2 weeks, which means I have a feeling I will be back a lot more times to re-try other flavours!
