To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Worst Restaurant ever1) Fried rice was soggy when it came over. Seemed like it was either microwaved/or wasn't fried properly.(2) Food was cold. Not only was the fried rice soggy, the beef dish we ordered came over cold.(3) Ordered some dan dan meen (Which was supposed to have a spicy soup).What we recieved was noodles without any spicy sauce.  When we asked for it to be spicy, the chef just added the spicy condiment/sauce that was used for dipping.  I'm sure dan dan meen is NOT made like that.(
