The spring rolls were very delicious. Crispy and flavorful. Nice prelude to the main course.

The Pho Steak was, in my opinion, perfect. The steak was thinly sliced and was cooking in my soup. It was incredibly tender and it absorbed the flavor of the broth in a wonderful way.

The Broth is the heart of any good Pho, and this broth was so so so so so good. Flavorful from the very beginning. Noodles were cooked perfectly, and there was copious amounts of cilantro in the soup, which I really like.

I had a tag team of three very attentive waitresses catering to my needs.

When I was done, one of them recommended a small dessert, the coconut. It was tasty. Not as good as the Pho Steak
