Name of the cake is Fifth Element, meaning the 5 layers from top to bottom: chocolate mouse, passionfruit mouse, sponge cake, chocolate chunk and crunchy hazelnut base. The ball on the top is a hollow chocolate ball.The chocolate mouse layer is rich and smooth, very delicious! The smooth chocolate goes very well with the bits of hazelnuts around the cake. All 5 layers combine together to give a balanced taste and texture. We all like it very much! I got a second help and maybe that was too much

I got a second help and maybe that was too much for me, I found it better without the chocolate chunk layer which was too sweet and filling to me. Just the rest of the 4 layers may be good enough.
Minimum order is 1.5 lb for $450 (15% off with hotel AE card), enough for 4 of us to have it as afternoon tea / breakfast / afternoon tea again for 2 days.
