I have walked by Paul Lafayet at K11 quite a few times and always wanted to try.Finally tried the Blueberry Chocolate dome. It's a rich, chocolate mouse encasing a small blueberry core. I must say that the balance between blueberry and chocolate is probably 20/80. Although I love chocolate, given the name of the item I was expecting something with a little bit more balance.
