My name is Razvan, i worked over 15 years for Lufthansa, came a lot around the but an experience like that, i never had in my life. This restaurant refused to serve drinks to me and my wife while trying to order a dinner buffet for our daughter.Came quite late back from Disneyland (9.30pm) with my wife and daughter and living in a hotel near this restaurant, we decided to get some food for our daughter in this restaurant, we took a look at the food they offer in their buffet, i spotted bacon
This restaurant refused to serve drinks to me and my wife while trying to order a dinner buffet for our daughter.
Came quite late back from Disneyland (9.30pm) with my wife and daughter and living in a hotel near this restaurant, we decided to get some food for our daughter in this restaurant, we took a look at the food they offer in their buffet, i spotted bacon, chicken, pork and rice and noodles, i know my daughter likes it very much, so we decided to get seated and to order a buffet for our daughter and for us just drinks.
My wife and me we eat some food around 7.30pm in Disneyland, we were not more hungry, but our daughter was not okay with the food in Disney, she were very hungry since it was already late, as mentioned above, it was already 9.30pm
First we was allowed have a seat, later came some lady, explaining me that it is NOT POSSIBLE TO ORDER drinks only, her best words were: "we are not a bar" , i thought i am in some wrong movie, so i stand up and just go, but after 5 minutes i realize that it's wrong to keep my daughter hungry and i sent my wife back , asking my wife to buy a buffet for her and for our daughter.
Since i was not hungry and i were not allowed to accompany my family in this restaurant i decided to go to the nearby seven-elven, buy some soft drink and wait in front of the restaurant until they finish their dinner.
I can not say if the food is good or bad because i could not test it and it's no point to talk about it, but the as for their service, and their altitude, they are ZERO
