For such a large group of restaurant, I really dont understand why Lei Garden MUST implement two sittings during weekend for dim sum.........................The first sitting is from 11:45am to 12:45pm, only an hour, so if you have a large group of friends, then you better make sure they all arrive on time and order dim sums ASAP, otherwise it will be very very very rush............................ For such a large group of restaurant, I really dont understand why Lei Garden MUST implement two sittings during weekend for dim sum.........................

The first sitting is from 11:45am to 12:45pm, only an hour, so if you have a large group of friends, then you better make sure they all arrive on time and order dim sums ASAP, otherwise it will be very very very rush............................

I have called the restaurant to find out whether 12:30pm booking is possible and also told the waitress that there will be a large group of friends including children but her reply was they ONLY have two sittings 11:45am to 12:45pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm nothing else................

Then I told her that some of my friends have to catch up with their flight at 3:00pm so the second sitting is too rush but her reply was AGAIN they ONLY do two sittings....................

Why Lei Garden has such an inflexible booking policy???

Especially for a large group of friends gathering, how can they expect an hour is enough for so many people to read through the dim sum menus and place order, not to mention that if some friends want to order a second round or even dessert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't Lei Garden not to implement the two sittings policy for large group of people say 10 or above?????
