Great ramen and great service

Was trying to find food after basketball and found a parking spot right in front of this place! I've been to the old branch in Central, which I loved. Only drawback is the waiting time, which was around 45 minutes as well as the restaurant layout, in which I believe the owner tried to cram as many customers as humanly possible into that small shop, which from a monetary perspective makes sense but from a business sense, does not.Furthermore, it seems that the staff are trained to rush their cust

Only drawback is the waiting time, which was around 45 minutes as well as the restaurant layout, in which I believe the owner tried to cram as many customers as humanly possible into that small shop, which from a monetary perspective makes sense but from a business sense, does not.
Furthermore, it seems that the staff are trained to rush their customers so that the tables can be given to new customers. In regards to the noodles, they were great, spicy, al dente noodles, egg had a runny yolk, fat pieces of tender pork and the broth was amazing, rich and full of flavor.  Will probably come back for the noodles again.
