It wasn't our first visit and we always wanted to go back. Excellent food & nice atmosphere with good service, why wouldn't you?We booked a table in advance as we knew it was quite busy on Friday. We booked a table in advance as we knew it was quite busy on Friday. We were given a table just facing the amazing view of the victoria harbor. The table position just perfect that you wouldn't face at other people and you can just enjoy your own company. We booked the table at 7.30 and just perfect timing for the light show at 8pm. Perfect. We ordered two Oysters as my husband isn't a Oyster eater. It was very fresh and the Scottish one was very big. It doesn't taste as strong but very meaty in the fishy way.
We had two starters. One is the tiger prawns salad. The presentation was beautiful, just made the dish too pretty to eat. Like a piece of art work and it tasted good. We ordered Foie gras with Toast, fois gras was pretty good, not too rich, it was too strong that made you too full for your main course. It was perfect amount for the starter. We had the prime steak for 2 to share and we ordered a mashed potato separately so we could have the steak to rest of the mashed potato. Steak was cooked perfectly well, good amount and not too much. With a bottle of nice wine and the bill came to $2400. Honestly, it is not expensive at all with the quality of food and service. I would definitely go again.
