First time coming to the restaurant and the interior design is very elegant. I went with two other friends and we ordered three main dishes - chicken burger 🍔 - Truffle rosetto with Scallops - Truffle carbonara After we the order the food, there were 4 other tables came in within 20 minutes. After we the order the food, there were 4 other tables came in within 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes, people came after us were receiving main dishes( burger with fries ) before ours. I kinda ask the waiter to check on our dish as we should be having burgers at similar time. Yet, the first waiter response was
25 mins after dish were order
1) “other table get serve first because our 3 order were main dish, it take longer to cook”
30 mins mark,
3 others tables came in after us were served on lobster, burgers, fries and drinks
40 mins mark,
I asked the senior GM again if our dishes were not placed. He said no.
45 mins
Our chicken burger main dish finally came. Chicken meat were dry, fries were cold
48 mins
Carbonara and rosetto came. The Scallops were not fully defrost and cook. The scallop is cut into small pieces where it did not pan fried with butter.
Conclusion:
Service:
1) lack of communication with customer
2) no smile
3) Weak prioritisation
Food:
1) portion is small, plating is cold
2) fries are Soggy, chicken burger is dry
3) scallops are diced with no favours
My first time and my last time coming to this over priced restaurant
