Poor service. Food takes forever

Monday. Went there for lunch today. Less than 10 tables were occupied. BUT food was extremely slow. Man in black supposed to be the manager? Plus another waiter blond dyed? Gosh they simply ignore us when we waved for service. The Asian waitress was acceptable and polite. Food way over priced. Lasagna my son could cook better than them. Plus the size was for a toddler. No bigger or thicker than the palm of a lady's hand. Pizza was soggy in the middle. Taste was OK. Panna Cotta was like whipped
