Plumcot is a small bakery in Tai Hang. Run by two pastry chefs with a passion for French pastry, it's truly a place worth a find. They serve a variety of bread and pastries like cannele and madeleines. Lovely little shop with limited baked goods. I'll be back to try out the ice cream some time. Or even a croissant.
