Our order & comments:
Sichuan spicy hot pot
- Authentic receipe
Corns
- The best out of all dishes then
Angus beef cubes
- Questionable freshness / Poor cutting choice of part of meat
Chaos dumplings
- leek n minced pork dumplings, they said. But it tasted like leek, just leek.
Pork of black hog
- They presented the lower cheek part of the hog. Not edible. A lot of salt n seasoning covered it's lack of freshness, this park of pork is not mean to be cut in this way for hot pot. This is not a hot pot fit even when fresh.
Cuttlefish balls
- Not fresh, tasted like dough with fish.
Iced tofu
- Good
The servers were helpful with the little they could help, fortunately there was nothing they could do to the food quality, not that we bothered to ask about the leftover on the table. Guess they''ve seen it before ?
2 of us settled our bill HK 8xx walking away asking if it was real… could the food quality be that bad?! we've never blacklisted a restaurant, at least not in HK.
