Steak specialist?

Really disappointed with a supposedly steakhouse specialist. Tried the mixed steak and Steak Tartare, cooked steak was dry as hell like beef jerky and I did ask for medium rare, tartare was chewy like gum. Expected more for the money you pay. Highly not recommended...only go if free
