Luckily the egg and beef were not overly cooked, as both were still quite smooth. I enjoyed this dish, only downside is the chef could have toasted the bun. The bun was served cold, thus it was soft. Maybe it was just a personal preference to eat the bun with some crispy bite.

The only reason most people came for this stall is because of their famed iced milk tea. It was packaged in a glass bottle and it was served cold without adding any ice into the drink. The only reason i could think of was the glass bottle was placed in the fridge. The tea and milk were being blended nicely, finished sipping the drink in no time.
