This was my first caffeine fix, which was a great perk-me-up after a fairly turbulent flight. The lemon tart was just nice, not too sour, but lemony enough to be authentic. The presentation leaves much to be desired though. The tin foil made it difficult to enjoy the tart to the fullest.
