It was 5, an hour before they closed. I and my husband went up to the 1st floor to get 4 seats cos my mom and dad were coming, and there werent 4 seats downstairs. The fat guy asked us to sit on the ground floor cos the 1st floor was closed. My husband said we had 4 persons. That fat guy answered, "Sorry then, we have no seat!" Well, so we went down, though we could only find 2 seats and didnt understand why he only asked us but not the others on the 1st floor. When mom and dad came, I and my husband had to stand. That fat guy was lucky cos some guests left a few minutes later. Otherwise I would questioned him about that BAD ARRANGEMENT!
I and my husband had ordered 2 piccolos, while mom ordered flat white and dad ordered cappucciono. Though these coffees were still not bad, the milk froth was not as smooth and sweet as last time. And the espresso base was not as strong as the previous time. Getting worse now? Did they change the milk, or the coffee beans, or the proportion of the coffee and milk, or did they change the barista?
Anyway, for the arrangement and coffees are getting worse, I and husband would rather choose the other cafes.

This is not the first time the fat guy thinks he is supreme, but he doesnt know he makes the guests angry and dont wanna come back again!
