Again this is a belated review. Went to this place for breakfast on the day following our removal. We were just too tired to prepare breakfast after a whole day of hard work. So we hop on the tram, and headed to Sheung Wan.The Sheung Wan market is rather run down. Luckily this place is in a corner with windows, which make it feel more secluded. Hot dog bun with corn beef and egg
Ice milk tea
The food took a while to arrived but they were all good. The French toast was the best I had for a long time. It was golden yellow in color, light and fluffy, and not greasy at all. With some melting butter on top it taste just wonderful.
The Hot dog bun was lightly toasted. The filling of scrambled egg with corn beef was lightly salted,and did not feel heavy.
The ice milk tea was serve in a bottle. It was rich and smooth. Superb.
Food here was so inexpensive, and one can feel that the owner really prepare the food with care. Service was friendly. Love it. Can't wait to return for more.
