Second time I went to this dim sum restaurant within a month. Put it mildly, I'm a bit diappointed ! I ordered minced dried squid and pork steamed rice and steamed "sin chuk" roll. the steam rice came first. The texture of the minced pork is soft and kind of "melt-in-your" mouth because there was almost no meat at all, mostly fat ! Can't get the minced dried squid and pork meat texture at all in your mouth. The "sin chuk" roll skin is soft, almost mushy, not almost, it is totally mushy !
