Came back for a revisit here for a semi-sweet albeit Cold Tofu Curd, just to re-evaluate and to be fair to the shop. Could not bring ourselves to order Hot version, its so damn hot outside!Semi-Sweet Cold Tofu Curdn this occasion, unlike last time which had no beans taste AT ALL and it was even sour, this time it wasn't sour at all. Apparently the sourness comes from it being unfresh upon research - this didn't surface this time. Good!
The texture however was very '鞋' today. Even for a cold version, this shouldn't be the case. My hot one last time was also quite dense.
I would score this time around high '3' and higher if it was more smoother on the mouth!
