I been here too many times as it is close to my work. We always come here for lunch and we always reserve a table before hand therefore we never have to wait for table. Lei Garden always been one of my favorite place to eat since the first time I ate at the one in Wan Chai many years ago. Service is always excellent and the dim sum is always spot on - it is better then alot of other dim sum places out there and there are lots of choices compare to others. Their soup and busines lunch set are always good - even through alot of time it has to do with fish. I never want to write about the Lei Garden in Shatin before becasue their most popular signature dish "3 layers Roast Pork Cube" is never as good as the Lei Garden in Wan Chai until today we ordered again and it just tasted exactly like the one from Wai Chai!! Some people might found the portion are too small but the original one I had from probably 8-9 years ago is the same size and that's the one I been looking for. There are many restaurants in Shatin but if you want to eat dim sum Lei Garden is the place to be.
