Curry is something I eat and cook often. Whether it be Indian curry, Thai curry, Chinese curry or Japanese curry I like them all! This week, I decided to check out the Japanese curry place with a "out in the woods" kind of theme. It was cool that there were some small plants on the side and I have always been a fan of wooden chairs and tables. Get close to nature and stay healthy is what they were trying to convey I guess?  If you go at lunch, we get a free cup of Hojicha with your meal. Daily C

Daily Curry
The daily curry my grandma got was a Chicken Curry ($61). The sauce was very buttery. The portion was quite big. Lots of rice, lots of vegetables and chicken pieces. The chicken was very tender and juicy, not dry in any way. The rice on the side had some veggies mixed in to it too, which increased the nutrional value.

My Sesame Beef Short-rib Curry was quite good. I could very well taste the sesame, which was very interesting and rich. Also, this too had a huge amount of veggies, which was good because I seriously need to eat more veggies!
I added an Onsen Egg for $8, which I regretted because I didn't really like the cold rawy thing on my rice. I had mistaken it for the egg you find in the Japanese ramen. Opps.

Ther service was okay, nothing to talk about really. While I was eating, the staff were talking about their new location in Tin Hau and how the crowd and business there was. Not really the time and location to talk about business? Ha.

Final Verdict:
Quite a healthy meal I think? Got lots of veggies, maybe a little too much? Haha. The taste was good overall, but I got tired of eating it halfway through because there was just too much of everything.
Other Info. : You get a discount if you get the bill before 1245 I believe.
